GOO GOO Hair gladly accepts return of all eligible products no later than 30 days from the original ship date.
Damaged, worn, or dyed items are not eligible for return.
Eligible Products:
1 In original condition
2 The item not damaged, worn, or dyed
3 Must be in 30 days after the item ship date.
Ineligible Products:
1 Already Worn
2 Damaged or dyed
3 Hair care products already used on the hair extensions.
4 Already over 30 days after the ship date
If the item is already an Ineligible product, please don’t return it back to us, we can’t accept the return.
Return: Must Be Eligible Products as the above, contact with us and confirm with our salesman, our salesman will offer you our return address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Exchange: Must Be Eligible Products as the above, contact with our salesman first, please return the hair extensions to the address we offered you, the new hair extensions will be sent out after we got your returned package.
Cancel Order: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. We typically process and ship orders within 12 to 24 hours. However, if an item is out of stock, processing may take 3–5 business days. If you have any questions during this time, please feel free to contact us.
If your cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped and within the allowed 24-hour window, your order will be successfully canceled.
*Note: The return address is different from the shipping address! All the return need contact us first! No refund will be made if you do not contact us for returns! Additionally, if the return is sent to the wrong warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund or process the exchange!
