- Use high-quality tools for installation and maintenance.We recommend using a professional GOO GOO plier designed for micro links to apply even pressure and avoid hair breakage.
- Match bead color to your natural roots
For a seamless, invisible finish, choose beads that blend with your base color.
Don't:
- Reuse old beads.Previously used beads can become deformed and lose their grip, leading to slippage.
- Pull or force extensions out.If you experience resistance during removal, use a proper micro link opener tool to release the bead safely.
- Use oily or silicone-based products at the roots.These can loosen the bead grip and cause slippage. Stick to extension-friendly shampoos and conditioners.
- Sleep with wet hair.Make sure your extensions are 100% dry before going to bed to prevent tangling and matting.

How To Install Micro Link Extensions?
STEP 1
Pull a small section of your natural hair through the plastic loop attached to the extension.
STEP 2
Slide the micro ring up toward your scalp, leaving a small gap for natural movement.
STEP 3

I loved these and they were so easy to install! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because it gets really frizzy, even after you’ve combed it through. You have to really stay on top of maintenance to keep them in decent shape.

The micro link extensions are my new favorite! They're easy to install (I'm a total newbie but managed to get them in). It took me a couple hours because I took breaks in between. The color match is spot on! Looks so bery natural! I'll definitely reorder these when the time comes. I've tried the invisi-tape, and clip ins. The micro link move like my real hair. They don't feel heavy. They're just fantastic!

Hold the bead with a pair of pliers and gently squeeze it the opposite way (side to side) to release the pressure and open the bead.
2. Slide the extension strand out
Once the bead is open, carefully slide the extension out of your natural hair. Do not pull or tug.
3. Avoid reusing beads or loop thread
Discard the used beads and loop after removal—they may be bent or stretched and won’t hold securely if reused.
4. Brush and cleanse your natural hair
After removal, gently detangle your natural hair and wash to remove any buildup before reinstalling new extensions.
