At GOO GOO Hair, we strive to make your shopping experience effortless—from processing to delivery and, if needed, returns or exchanges.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
We process and ship orders 7 days a week, including Sundays (excluding major holidays).

If in-stock: shipped from our warehouse.

If out-of-stock: shipped from our factory, with an additional 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Shipping Window
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Please check your spam/junk/promotions folder if you don't see it.
Delivery

Courier determines whether your package requires a signature or is left at your mailbox or doorstep.

Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even with express shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Tip: Enter an address (home, workplace, or trusted friend’s) where someone can receive the package safely.

Please double-check your shipping and billing address.

Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay processing by 1–2 additional business days.
Note: PO Boxes are only accepted for orders shipped via USPS within the United States. For all other shipping methods or international orders, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided and not eligible, our team will contact you to update the address.

2. International Shipping & Customs
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur import taxes or duties, which are not included in your purchase price.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid upon delivery.

GOO GOO Hair does not collect or control these fees and cannot predict the cost or speed of customs clearance.
Customs inspections may cause delivery delays—these are beyond our control.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
GOO GOO Hair accepts returns and exchanges of eligible products within 30 days of the original ship date.

Important: Do not return ineligible items—these cannot be processed.
How to Return or Exchange

Contact us first at service@googoohair.com to confirm eligibility and receive the correct return address.

Return the item using that address (it differs from the shipping address).

Customer-caused returns (e.g., wrong size/color) require the buyer to cover return shipping.

GOO GOO-caused returns (damaged or incorrect items) are covered by us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days.
Exchange Policy

Eligible items can be exchanged for items of equal value.

Replacement ships after we receive the original.
Refund Timeline

PayPal: 24 hours after processing

Stripe/Klarna: 5–10 business days after processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You can also choose to keep the refund as store credit—your next purchase is welcome!
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they haven't shipped.

Most orders ship within 12–24 hours, so please reach out ASAP.

If canceled in time, you’ll receive a full refund.
5. Gifts in Your Package
We often include free gifts with your order. These are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.
