How long will it take to receive my order?

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you.

Where is my order shipped from?

We have warehouses in multiple countries, and your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you based on inventory and your shipping address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to track your package’s status anytime.

Why does the tracking status say “Label Created” and nothing else?

Don’t worry! This usually means the carrier has received the shipping info but hasn't scanned the package yet. Tracking updates typically appear within 24-48 hours.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package—what should I do?

Here are a few steps to help locate your package:

  • Check your mailbox, front porch, garage, or side door.
  • Ask your neighbors or household members in case someone else received it.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to get more delivery details.
  • Wait one more day—especially if it's the weekend—as packages are sometimes marked as delivered a bit early.

Can I exchange the item?

Do you provide free return labels?

At present, we're unable to offer free return shipping labels. However, we'd be happy to assist you in initiating a return - you may choose any preferred courier to send back the item.

Where is your return warehouse? Can I drive there to return items myself?

Our return warehouse is primarily located in the US and currently only supports returns via logistics to the warehouse.
