We process and ship orders 7 days a week, including Sundays (excluding major holidays).

• If in-stock: shipped from our warehouse.

• If out-of-stock: shipped from our factory, with an additional 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment. (If your item is out of stock and the extra processing time feels longer than expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’ll be happy to provide an update and help you track your order status.)

Shipping Window
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery

• Courier determines whether your package requires a signature or is left at your mailbox or doorstep.

• Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even with express shipping.

• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
